Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the booking conditions shared at the time of confirmation and may vary by rate plan, booking channel and stay dates.

Non-refundable rates and certain promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds. For flexible or partially refundable bookings, applicable deductions and timelines are communicated on the confirmation voucher and during cancellation.
